Bradley N. Rotter
Executive Chairman and CEO
Executive Chairman Bradley Rotter is a long-time speculator whose reputation is for finding big trends. Since 2006, Bradley has focused his energy and capital on enterprises that impact the security of the homeland. He also serves as Chairman of another portfolio company, Halo Maritime Defense Systems.
Bradley founded AirPatrol Corporation to take advantage of the biggest trend he had ever seen: wireless and mobility. AirPatrol purchased a portfolio of excellent wi-fi locationing technology from a public company that was being taken over, along with the smart radio engineers that had originally built it. AirPatrol then experienced a quantum leap of its technology and now has over 50 customers in Government and Enterprise, and a growing pipeline in a sizzling market.
Bradley was raised in Iowa and went to school at the US Military Academy. After West Point, Bradley got his MBA from the University of Chicago (at night) while speculating on all three commodity exchanges there.
In 1982, as a member of the Chicago Board of Trade, he began investing in a fledgling alternative asset class, such as hedge funds and commodity trading advisors. In 1985, he pioneered the concept of "seeding" alternative managers with equity capital and comprehensive support. Bradley has been the first investor in scores of alternative investments and money management boutiques. His deals have spanned a plethora of alternative asset classes, from tankers to satellites, and reach around the globe.
Bradley was awarded the Private Deal of the Year Award by Investors Dealer's Digest for one such innovative structured finance transaction. He has been a frequent speaker nationwide, and in 2006 gave a speech at the biggest hedge fund conference entitled "Why I am Getting Out of Hedge Funds".
Bradley has been investing in technology and alternative assests from his base in San Francisco for the last 20 years. He serves on numerous private and public company Boards of Directors and Advisory Boards.
Timothy Britt Harmon
Vice Chairman
Tim Harmon is the General Partner of Traditions LP, a private investment fund with various investments in real estate, manufacturing, investment managers, and communications. Tim is a principal of FAME Trading, the majority shareholder of the Astrata Group - a leader in advanced location based IT services and solutions, with a special focus on security applications. In addition, Tim is Vice Chairman of AirPatrol Corporation, a leading provider of security solutions for wireless computing networks and devices. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of The Pennington School.
Until 2007, Tim was Chief Financial Officer of Comsat International, Inc, a global leader in the communications industry, which had over 50% of the Fortune 500 as customers.
Prior to Comsat, Tim was Vice Chairman of Altai Diesel, one of Russia's largest engine manufacturing companies. In 1999, Tim created Hercules Communications Group, a telecommunications company specializing in Voice Over IP, with operations in over 45 countries. Before Hercules Communications, he was a Partner and Managing Director of Crossroads Investment Company, which had $2 billion of private equity under management. Tim remained a partner at Crossroads until its sale to Lehman in October 2003.
Prior to joining The Crossroads Group in 1996, Tim was Chairman and CEO of Hercules Engine Company (HEC) in Canton, Ohio. HEC, founded in 1915, manufactured industrial engines for customers such as Daewoo and Komatsu, Hercules' engines are best known for powering the US Military's jeep, 3/4 ton, 2 1/2 ton, and 5 ton trucks, and other industrial applications, such as powering the Patriot Missile launching pad.
Tim went to American University, and now lives in Middleburg, Virginia (a suburb of Washington DC) with his wife Therese and two daughters (Meghann & Mackenzie) and son, Jack.
Richard A. Clarke
Director
Richard A. Clarke is an internationally recognized expert on security, including homeland security, national security, cyber security, and counter terrorism. He is currently an on-air consultant for ABC News.
Clarke served the last three Presidents as a senior White House Advisor. Over the course of an unprecedented 11 consecutive years of White House service, he held the titles of:
- Special Assistant to the President for Global Affairs
- National Coordinator for Security and Counterterrorism
- Special Advisor to the President for Cyber Security
Prior to his White House years, Clarke served for 19 years in the Pentagon, the Intelligence Community, and State Department. During the Reagan Administration, he was Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Intelligence. During the Bush (41) Administration, he was Assistant Secretary of State for Political-Military Affairs and coordinated diplomatic efforts to support the 1990-1991 Gulf War and the subsequent security arrangements.
As Chairman of Good Harbor Consulting, LLC, Clarke advises clients on a range of issues including:

- Dealing with the Federal Government on security and IT issues

William P. Crowell
Director
William P. Crowell is an independent consultant specializing in Information Technology and Intelligence Systems. He is Chairman of ActivCard, an identity management & authentication software company, Director of Broadware Technologies, an Internet streaming-video company, Director of ArcSight, an enterprise security management software company, and Director of Narus, specializing in IP telecom infrastructure products.
In March 2001, the Secretary of Defense appointed Crowell to a federal advisory committee conducting a comprehensive review of the US Nuclear Command and Control System. Since 9/11, he has served on the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Task Force on Terrorism and Deterrence, the NRC Committee on Science and Technology for Countering Terrorism: Panel on Information Technology, the Silicon Valley Blue Ribbon Task Force on Aviation Security and Technology, and the Markle Foundation Task Force on National Security in the Information Age, which published two landmark studies on Homeland Security.
Crowell is an expert on network and information security issues. He's been quoted in many trade and business publications including the Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, USA Today, Information Week, Network World, Computer World, Federal Computer Week, CIO Magazine and the San Jose Mercury News. Crowell has appeared on CBS MarketWatch, CNET News, CNBC and KNTV's Silicon Valley Business. He was the technical advisor to the TV series, "Threat Matrix" during its run on ABC during the 2003 season.
Nolan K. Bushnell
Director
Mr. Bushnell founded and was CEO of Atari Corporation, a manufacturer of video games, from 1971 to 1978. He grew the Company to more than $800 million in sales before his departure. He founded and served as CEO of Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza Time Theater, a restaurant chain featuring electronic entertainment, from 1977 to 1983, and grew that company to more than $350 million in sales. From 1978 to 1996, Mr. Bushnell served as the sole proprietor of Catalyst Technologies, a source of technical advice and venture capital for Silicon Valley entrepreneurs. He served as Chairman for several Catalyst companies such as ETAK, Androbot, ByVideo, Magnum Microwave, Axlon and Octus.
Mr. Bushnell is the Founder and CEO of uWink, Inc. (OTCBB: UWNK), a digital entertainment company based in Los Angeles, California that develops interactive entertainment software and platforms for restaurants, bars, and mobile devices. uWink is currently building a new entertainment dining experience called uWink Bistro which leverages uWink's proprietary network and entertainment software, including the uWink Game Library.
