Bradley N. Rotter
Chairman
Bradley Rotter has been an investor since 1982. His first focus for personal investments was with hedge funds in the early eighties concurrent with his speculating on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Brad traded government bonds on Wall Street at E.F. Hutton before returning to Chicago to become a member of the Board of Trade. He pioneered the practice of investing in the equity of startup fund managers and even now, Brad's portfolio is comprised solely of a wide array of alternative investments. Investors Dealer's Digest awarded Rotter the “Private Deal of the Year” award for an innovative structured finance transaction related to the life insurance industry.
Rotter has had extensive public company experience, which includes his having served as Chairman of Point West Capital Corporation. He also serves on numerous private and public boards. Brad completed his undergraduate education at West Point and received his MBA from the University of Chicago. Rotter was elected to the San Francisco County Republican Central Committee. He has since resigned from the Party to dedicate his activities to Homeland Security.

Richard A. Clarke
Director
Richard A. Clarke is an internationally recognized expert on security, including homeland security, national security, cyber security, and counter terrorism. He is currently an on-air consultant for ABC News.
Clarke served the last three Presidents as a senior White House Advisor. Over the course of an unprecedented 11 consecutive years of White House service, he held the titles of:
- Special Assistant to the President for Global Affairs
- National Coordinator for Security and Counterterrorism
- Special Advisor to the President for Cyber Security
Prior to his White House years, Clarke served for 19 years in the Pentagon, the Intelligence Community, and State Department. During the Reagan Administration, he was Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Intelligence. During the Bush (41) Administration, he was Assistant Secretary of State for Political-Military Affairs and coordinated diplomatic efforts to support the 1990-1991 Gulf War and the subsequent security arrangements.
As Chairman of Good Harbor Consulting, LLC, Clarke advises clients on a range of issues including:
- Corporate security risk management
- Information security technology
- Dealing with the Federal Government on security and IT issues
- Counterterrorism

William P. Crowell
Director
William P. Crowell is an Independent Consultant specializing in Information Technology and Intelligence Systems. He also is Chairman of the Board of ActivCard, Inc., a Freemont, CA based identity management & authentication software company, a director of Broadware Technologies, an Internet streaming-video company, and a director of ArcSight, Inc., an enterprise security management software company and a director of Narus, a software company specializing in IP telecommunications Infrastructure products. In July 2003 he was appointed to the Unisys Corporate Security Advisory Board to address emerging security issues and best practices. In September 2003 he joined the Advisory Board at ChoicePoint, a data aggregation company.
William P. Crowell served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Santa Clara, California-based Cylink Corporation, a leading provider of e-business security solutions from November 1998 to February 2003, when Cylink was acquired by SafeNet, Inc., a Baltimore based VPN technology and product company.
Crowell came to Cylink from the National Security Agency, where he held a series of senior positions, including Deputy Director of Operations and the Deputy Director of the Agency. From 1989 to 1990, Crowell served as a vice president at Atlantic Aerospace Electronics Corporation, now a subsidiary of Titan Systems, leading business development in space technology, signal processing and intelligence systems.
In April 1999, Crowell was appointed to the President's Export Council (PEC), which advised the administration on trade and export policy. He served as chairman of the PEC Subcommittee on Encryption, which worked with the Administration, Congress and private industry to substantially loosen restrictions on the export of encryption products and technology. He continues to
serve on PEC subcommittee for export administration. In March 2001, the Secretary of Defense appointed Crowell to a federal advisory committee that conducted a comprehensive review of the U. S. Nuclear Command and Control System.
Since 9/11 he has served on the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Task Force on Terrorism and Deterrence, the National Research Council Committee on Science and Technology for Countering Terrorism: Panel on Information Technology, the Silicon Valley Blue Ribbon Task Force on Aviation Security and Technology, and the Markle Foundation Task Force on National Security in the Information Age, which published two landmark studies on Homeland Security.
Crowell is an expert on network and information security issues. He has been quoted in many trade and business publications including the Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, USA Today, Information Week, Network World, Computer World, Federal Computer Week, CIO Magazine and the San Jose Mercury News. Crowell has also appeared on CBS MarketWatch, CNET News, CNBC and KNTV's Silicon Valley Business. He was the technical advisor to the TV series, "Threat Matrix" during its run on ABC during the 2003 season.

Nicholas R. Miller
Director
Nicholas Miller is an innovative career entrepreneur who has founded a number of successful private and publicly traded companies in the software, wireless, and Internet sectors. His wide ranging experience as a high technology executive includes over 25 years of direct P & L responsibility, along with extensive experience in sales, marketing and technology start-ups.
Miller was one of the first to identify the security threats posed by wireless technology and coined the phrase "WiPhishing". He founded and served as President and CEO of Cirond Corporation and prior to this, founded and served as President and CEO of DataLink Systems Corporation (now Semotus Solutions Inc.), a San Jose based publicly traded company in the wireless information services sector. He also served as a Director of Ezenet Technologies (acquired by Cognicase) and Workfire Technologies (acquired by Packeteer Inc.). Nicholas served as Vice-Chairman and a Director of Mulgrave School, an independent school based in West Vancouver, Canada, and was instrumental in assisting Mulgrave to become one of the first schools in North America to implement a campus-wide Wi-Fi network and related laptop program, which was the subject of a case study by Microsoft. He is the holder of two US patents.

Nolan K. Bushnell
Director
Mr. Bushnell founded and was CEO of Atari Corporation, a manufacturer of video games, from 1971 to 1978. He grew the Company to more than $800 million in sales before his departure. He founded and served as CEO of Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza Time Theater, a restaurant chain featuring electronic entertainment, from 1977 to 1983, and grew that company to more than $350 million in sales. From 1978 to 1996, Mr. Bushnell served as the sole proprietor of Catalyst Technologies, a source of technical advice and venture capital for Silicon Valley entrepreneurs. He served as Chairman for several Catalyst companies such as ETAK, Androbot, ByVideo, Magnum Microwave, Axlon and Octus.
Mr. Bushnell is the Founder and CEO of uWink, Inc. (OTCBB: UWNK), a digital entertainment company based in Los Angeles, California that develops interactive entertainment software and platforms for restaurants, bars, and mobile devices. uWink is currently building a new entertainment dining experience called uWink Bistro which leverages uWink’s proprietary network and entertainment software, including the uWink Game Library.
